I offer individual therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can learn about and embrace your true self. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and healing that allows you to build insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes toward a fulfilling life.

Individual therapy provides a unique opportunity to focus entirely on you—your experiences, needs, and goals. With the right support, you can uncover the patterns and beliefs that may be limiting your growth and work toward lasting change and acceptance.

My areas of specialty include life transitions, childhood trauma, attachment and caregiver issues, as well as managing depression and anxiety. And of course, we can work through those daily life stressors and identify themes throughout. Together, we’ll explore challenges in a way that feels safe and supportive, helping you build resilience and move toward a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and true to you.
